How much will shipping cost?
In Ireland: (Standard) €5-8
In UK: (Standard) €9-12
In other countries: The costs vary depending on the country and/or the weight.
Will I have to pay import duties and local taxes?
In certain instances depending on your location you may be liable to pay import duties and local taxes. When they do occur they tend to rise in price depending on the cost and weight of the order.
How long will it take for a parcel to be dispatched?
I work hard to ensure parcels are dispatched with minimum delays. Orders in stock are dispatched within 9 business days of payment of order, but more often much sooner. Products printed to order can take longer: up to 21 days.
How long are estimated shipment times?
Domestically: 7-10 business days.
Internationally: 4-22 business days depending on the location.
If a delivery takes longer than these estimates, please contact us so I can investigate.
Do you accept returns?
(I) Each item is carefully packaged and processed. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or fails to arrive please contact me as soon as possible and I will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I will process a replacement or refund as soon as the courier/delivery service had conluded their investigation and deemed the parcel lost or damaged.
(II) If you change your mind about an item after it has been dispatched or delivered I am happy to issue a replacement or refund provided the item in question is returned in resalable condition within 14 days of receipt. Customers must arrange their own return shipping, and at their own expense.
Once an item has been returned intact the customer will be issued a replacement or refund.
Is there anything I can do to ensure my items aren't lost or mis-delivered?
Yes. Please provide a clear and accurate address/contact details. If you are in Ireland be sure to include your Eircode, and elsewhere please supply a postcode. This makes such a huge difference in preventing potential issues with deliveries.
